Thanks everyone for the comments regarding my sliders, even the ones who criticize them for being too tough. I've made a few changes in order to increase the FG% just a little bit and I want to share them with you, so here I go:

There are no big changes, just little ones but working great for me. It's still hard to score, you need to pass the rock and find the open guy, if open your players will score, but if they're well guarded they won't score too often unless they're a superstar.
OFF REB ISSUE: I got this solved by editing the players.dbf file in my saves folder (the ones you use) decresing the OFFREBAB (something like that, you'll notice) by 30. If the player has 30 or less replace by the minimun (1). there's no need to edit the def rebounds, but maybe you should work on certain players like Stoudamire, he jumps a lot and grabs too many Off reb if you don't make some extra editing on him.
Hope this works, it's hard, but it feels quite more realistic, it's playoff basketball from day one. If you can play with these sliders and edit the team playbook using Playmakers playbooks the game gets as realistic as it could be. Off course you may disagree, it's just my personal point of view.
