i thought you'd be happy since it'd mean no Noah for Celts.

Donovan said how much Pitino reiterated that the Magic situation was perfect for him. The Magic has a young roster highlighted by a star center in Dwight Howard and a rising stud at point guard in Jameer Nelson. There was the potential that Grant Hill could return (he's deciding by July 1). There was the possibility of working with Darko Milicic (a restricted free agent) and Trevor Ariza. The team made the playoffs and is expected to have $10 million to $13 million of salary-cap space.

These cats NEVER learn. A college coach with a winning program is set for life, plus you're treated like God on campus. I know the loot's tempting, but why leave easy street for the hassles of the NBA(meddling owners, superstar egos, medis scrutiny)? Donovan should have followed Pete Carroll's example. Aside from Larry Brown, I can't think of any coach who's had success in both places.
No way in hell Ainge drafts Noah - he can't be that out of it.
