My fault really.

I almost ran out of time because I was trying for a lob so I just had him run up and did the up-and-under...he only needed a 42 to win and it turned out the dunk was enough for a 44. If I hadn't screwed up with Iggy in the first round, I reckon he'd have taken it.

East All-Star (129) at West All-Stars (125)
East nab bragging rights for another year
The Eastern Conference All-Stars made it two straight in the NBA's midseason classic, defeating the Western Conference All-Stars 129-125 behind 25 points from Vince Carter. Carter shot 9/15 from the field and added 3 rebounds and 3 assists in a spectacular performance in front of an enthusiastic Houston crowd.
With the game tied at 33 after the first quarter, Kobe Bryant led a West charge to take a ten point lead halfway through the second. The East would rally but Bryant closed out the quarter strong, nailing a long three in the final seconds to give the West a 66-59 lead at the half. But Vince Carter scored 10 points in the third quarter as the East stormed right back, taking a 94-91 lead into the final quarter.
The West recaptured the lead early in the fourth and held it for most of the fourth quarter. The East weren't about to lay down their arms however and evened the score setting up a basket-for-basket dogfight through the final three minutes. After missing the second of two free throws, Paul Pierce chased down his own rebound and was fouled again. He then sank both free throws to put the game out of reach.
Vince Carter earned All-Star Most Valuable Player honours for the first time in his career, with his 25 points leading all scorers in the game.

Overall, not a bad weekend though I was disappointed in some of the choices the CPU made for the All-Star teams and that Ben Gordon couldn't participate. Anyone, hope you enjoyed the All-Star coverage, the regular season will resume again soon.
