"We’ve never seen this in the history of sports.
An 18-year-old kid who comes in and takes over the court, the most advanced player on the floor, commanding his teammates’ attention, electrifying the crowd. And then he goes in front of hundreds of media like he’s done it a million times.
Nobody’s done that. Not Kobe, not Magic, not Michael."
Playing 23 minutes of a 40-minute game, James was five for 11 -- despite missing three 3-point tries -- from the floor and converted all four of his free throws. He had three turnovers while running Cleveland's offense.
He sat out all the third quarter, icing his right leg after sustaining a contusion. He said his status is day-to-day.

No big deal, its all a learning process, he aint gonna turn the cavs into playoff contenders, thinking thats just plain stupid(not to your offence amare), for now he will be solid, i think thats enough, its better than the numbers of t-mac and kobe when they first arived, he showed an all round game with potential, but his ass is gonna be kicked a lot of times this season by lots of (and they dont have to be allstars)players i believe, but heck, he'll be okay
Kobe didn't even get to play when he was 18, and when he did I remember he posted 30 points like 2 or 3 games
Kobe's season high in his rookie season was 24.
True but kobe was a real ball-hog, and james has more of a passing mentality i think, though im not sure and im not gonna speculate,
