Nope, because one of the most powerful things that Jordan did was force the entire Bull's management to NOT trade away Scottie Pippen during the latter dynasty phase, which was all but a signed deal.
Kobe would have shipped Scottie out of Chicago just as fast as he did Shaq, and the Bulls would just where the Lakers are now... trying to even enter the playoffs with while Kobe scores 40+.
So any criticism of Kobe is "hating" and he's perfect? Sorry, I don't buy that.
As it happens, I think Kobe would do quite well if he had the kind of help Michael Jordan did during the 90s. But he has not surpassed Michael Jordan simply by scoring 81 points. There are other qualities that place Jordan in an elite group that Kobe has yet to break into.

And no, MJ is in a league of his own and their playing styles are different. Jordan was able to put huge numbers in the points column and defend at the top level. Kobe has to prove that he can do both at the same time.
