Pierce slim down.. he is looking good.. he seems really unselfish nowadays. i guess trying to get the young kids involve.. back then 4th quarters when they made the easter finals.. pierce had the shots all game.. but now hes a lot more accurate etc...
PG is troubling.. lafrentz is playing well.. same with blount.. other than that.. nothin different about the celtics..

I don't mind the Celtics only cause they have Pierce

sorry guys havnt been on for a few days

Yea Pierce is playing unbelievable. Look at his stats right now

G GS MPG FGM-A FG% 3PM-A 3P% FTM-A FT% OFF DEF TOT APG SPG BPG TO PF PPG

6 6 26.5 29-54 .537 4-9 .444 38-46 .826 .8 4.7 5.5 4.5 .50 .17 2.00 2.20 16.7

AND he looks like hes in the best shape of his life. Im really dissapointed with Green, I know he just came out of HS, but hes forcing his shots biftime. I hope they dont send him to the D-League though, just have him play 10 minutes a game and he will develop. And Dickau looks alright, he needs work. But all in all I think they will be a good team

Just because the Cs lost a few games in the preseason doesnt mean shit, the 86 Celtics team lost ALL there preseason games, then they won the Championship, so obviously Preseason wont matter.

We should all agree that Danny Ainge, ONCE AGAIN, had one of the best drafts of the year. Gerald Green will take work, maybe a little D-League, but getting him outside the lotto was absolutely brilliant. Oh and get this, had Green not been there, they were actually considering Gomes for that pick(16th, right?).

Ryan Gomes is a walking double-double who put up great numbers against guys like Okafor and Villenueva in college. Regardless of where he was drafted, he was top 10 in being most NBA-ready. He can easily play the three-spot, yet he still possesses a nice-post game. I wouldn't be surprised to seem him starting by the end of the year.

Orien Greene. Here's a guy who, reports have said, has out-performed some of the best rookie point guards in college play. He came out of perhaps the best mid-major in the country and, unlike Gerald, he's not a project. He's a prospect. He's a pass-first PG who can create his own shot. He has good size and is a monster on the defensive end. Expect him to backup Delonte West.

Does anyone have a photo of the Celts in their new green unis with the black that are featured in 06

they might be good this year.. but i rather see a pierce trade.. cuz seriously.. pierce will make them win games.. maybe make the playoffs.. but he wont' be able to carry them thru teams in first round (heat, pistons, pacers)
