At least in Toronto he was on the IR and there was a logjam at F and C, so he had that to fall back on. In Cleveland, he's simply recording DNPs.
And you're right, both teams fulfilled their needs in a way. Cleveland is among the leaders in the LeBron James sweepstakes, and the Raptors have Murray, who will certainly be a great addition to the Raptors' bench when he is ready to return.
Would be funny if Toronto was able (and willing) to draft LeBron James, after the Cavs gave the Raptors a good swingman basically for nothing, in an attempt to get James.
