LaRue Martin is certainly an excellent candidate. I think he'll definitely be one of the options when we put it to a poll. Good pick, magius.
I think Yinka Dare has to be one of the frontrunners. Even though he was drafted 14th overall as a project, he never showed any promise. He holds the distinction of having one of the worst rookie seasons in the history of the league (1 defensive rebound and 1 missed field goal in 3 minutes of court time), his best season saw him play 58 games, start 23, play an average of 10 minutes per game and average 2.8 ppg and 3.1 rpg.
For his career, he played in 110 of a possible 328 games, averaged 2.1 ppg, 2.6 rpg and 0.1 apg in 9.1 mpg, took three years to register his first career assist and never showed any signs of improvement or talent whatsoever. He's probably a popular choice with a lot of people, though LaRue Martin's status as a first overall pick gives him some worthy competition.
