It looks good for the grizzlies. They pick up a pretty good player and there draft pick shouldn't be that high this year since they are playing pretty good now.
P.S. Otis Thorpe played for the then Vancouver Grizzlies in the 97-98 season. He was later traded to Sacramento. Then the kings traded him to the Wizards for Webber. He was not able to play for the Wizards.

sometimes it's the little moves that make the difference. The trades the Mavs did may not necessarily work out. The team will probly get a similar amnount of wins as last year, and Memphis will probly increase their win amount
