I cannot WAIT to see Thor on the big screen, Thor and Iron Man have always been my 2 favorites.

well I'm not going to say that Kung Fu Panda was outright racist. in saying so would make someone who's trying to make a big deal out of nothing. It's not even close to a lot of the cartoons back in the 50s and whatnot. however, i am a little bothered by the fact that Asian culture still is so foreign in America that the only thing Asians are good for is kung fu. it would be like making a cartoon about a chihuahua with a sombero who happens to be a gardener or a strawberry picker.

Finally saw Semi-Pro.
It's a good thing someone linked to this site before. I remembered what I saw in that site being parodied in the film, which made me enjoy watching it even more. I was expecting someone in the film to wear Osh Kosh B'Gosh overalls or a rainbow sweater but it doesn't matter, the film had me laughing.
My favorite parts/lines of the movie are about the fighting, especially the one that involved a commercial. "Somebody hit somebody!"
And Jackie Moon's speech after that. Classic, I guess it holds true for all team sports.About their team having a unifying moment by punching other guys in the face.
The civility of the owners meeting is also hilarious. Lol at the commish telling the owners to limit the fights to the parking lot or tunnel area.
Jackie Moon's player intros are good as well.
"His brother's a retard" and his teammate who's the luckiest man in Flint.
Add Father Pat being the fodder. Which is the same treatment for NBA referees.
How can I forget the poker game scene. Where they would rather be called a cocksucker than jive turkey.![]()
And the "players" involved in that blockbuster Monix trade.
Had me laughing in stitches, except for the hohum serious parts. Good film overall. I'll even rate it higher than Talladega Nights.

I just saw The Happening. I should sue for false advertising. Nothing happened.
