I think Shaq's rating might suffer a bit, I mean since he was so dominant in the Finals and pretty much all season. Joe Johnson might also see a decline as he was very highly rated in 06.

I think Peterson's rating may go up probably a little, his fg rating was totally not on par of his real-life counterpart (68 fg for Peterson? come on, its much more like 78 or 75). Steve Francis will go down as this season wasnt too great for him, and his short time in NY wont help him either. Maurice Williams rating will probably go up, while Marvin Williams' rating would go a little down. His rookie ratings in 06 were a little high IMHO.

I don't think Tracy McGrady wont go down since he is the cover athlete. Mike Miller should go up.

Mike James will definatley increase (68 overall in 06) to prolly a high 70's possibily low 80's, Nene will probably decrease considering he didn't play at all, Amare will most likey remain the same, Payton Zo, and Grant Hill will decrease & Smush Parker will increase (just to name a few)

I don't remember what players ratings were before, so I'll go with:

Boris Diaw
David West
Smush Parker
Chris Paul
Raymond Felton
Jameer Nelson
Mike James

Since the question is DRAMATICALLY, then guys like Brand, Bosh, Wade etc really aren't going to have dramatic changes, they'll go up, but not by a huge margin.

Well they will have to respect his scoring and shooting, whether on the Raptors or not, he can still score and shoot. If you look strictly at his numbers, he put up:
20.3 PPG | 46.9% FG | 44.2% 3PT (on 4.8 attempts) | 5.8 APG | 2.6 TPG
Post All-Star:
24.6 PPG | 46.7% FG | 44.8% 3PT (on 6.5 attempts) | 6.5 APG | 3.3 TPG

Also before he came to the Raptors, who I admit are attrocious defensively, he was considered a very good man to man defensive player. The Raptors made him get considered lower, but what can you do. Him having an 80 rating is actually quite accurate, based on what he did this previous season. I'm pretty sure a guy like Jason Terry has an 80 rating, and his perfomance last season on a pure statistical basis was better than anything Terry has done in the regular season.
CP3 | Brand | Arenas | Calderon
Raptors | Wizards | Clippers

Monta Ellis will increase, simply because he isn't even in the game. :)

CP3 and Okur should have higher ratings, for sure. If I'm not mistaken, Okur's rating is JUST 69! Diaw and Terry will most definitely go up as well.

The biggest change should be Josh Smith, wasnt he like 82 or something with the EAs roster?
Darko should be around the 65-70 region which is quite a big jump, but I think Diaw and/or Raja Bell will have the biggest increases.

I agree with you there. The 80-82/3 range would be good for him. As much as Raptors fans whined, all you have to do is look at his numbers (especially that 3pt%). Pretty hard to find many PGs out there with those kinda figures. The way Raps fans were whining you woulda thought his fg% was hovering around 40.

the most under-rated player in the game was mehmet okur. then there comes diaw and so fourth... i think mo pete should be 80 or maybe a bit less. he played real well. bosh will maybe go up like 1/2...vc should go to 90
