Thanks. Unfortunately, I know very little about how 2K12 applies sweat. I just retextured and darkened each RGB channel in the sweat texture files to reduce the effect.

I was told that there's a user on another board named "threeq", who made a global with progressive sweat. That's all I know.

The funny thing is that I used the default 2K12 leg muscle definition for both versions of the global. I included the new leg muscle definition in the DDS ZIP in case someone preferred the more ripped looking leg muscles.

If you want the original (toned down) muscle, you need to use the textures in the "TNeck_SkinTex_DefMusc" folder. The "DefMusc" is just an abbreviation for "Default Muscle".

Re: [T-Neck] Enhanced Series V3, Sidelines, Josh Childress P

As soon as we can import new hair textures in 2K12, I'll release this Josh Childress mod.

Here's a preview of the mod in NBA 2K11. I added an alpha to his afro to make it look more fuzzy.

I was looking through the NBA 2K10 global earlier, and noticed that the leg textures had a little more detail than their 2K12 counterparts; some more than others. In the example below, I took the 2K10 texture and adjusted the brightness and color to match 2K12's while maintaining its original quality:

And a preview of the textures in action:

i just hope the knees/knee caps don't look dirty, kinda seems that way on holliday

Yeah, that's only an issue with the darkest skin tone (which Jrue has). I'll definitely fix the dirty kneecaps before it's released. Thanks for the critique.

Hey bro, i like your textures, using them in my game.

One thing i noticed though, is that the suits mod changed the top but doesn't change the pants. In some cases that results in pretty ridiculous color combinations, like gray top and brown pants. If you could modify the pants structure to match the top it would be perfect (Y)

Which ones? I know the regular arm sleeves are too gray (having played an away game against Gerald Wallace and the Blazers). I'll fix the ones that are too gray for V4.

Like I told RoUgUeRaVeN47, I know very little about how 2K12 applies sweat. I just retextured and darkened each RGB channel in the sweat texture files to reduce the effect. If you just want the toned down sweat textures I use in my mod, you can download the Enhanced Series V3 DDS files and add them to any Global mod you want.

waiwai567 wrote:I like JONES, CHILDRESS, HAYWARD!! RELEASE ! RELEASE!! :applaud:

Thanks. I've released Jones and Hayward in the NLSC 2K12 downloads section. I can release the Childress mod for 2K11 as is, but if I release it for 2K12, he'll have to have that weird brown afro until the tool creators figure out how to extract the 2K12 BMP hair textures, too.

Thanks, man. Yeah, I agree that the two tone suits have issues because of the colors 2K Sports picked for some of the suits. I was trying to go for a look like this. I'll have to see if I can somehow hex edit better suit color combinations into the game.
