Go to write config option in the window previous to save.
Do you have ticked Allow Non-Power of Two DXT?

I dont see this option...uses .dds plugin 3.02 other plugin not opening my dds files...
This screens is on the DDS SAVE right?

Use new dds plugin for photoshop....

http://developer.nvidia.com/nvidia-text ... -photoshopThe problem is: If the .dds file is not the power of two (like Heat dornas) Photoshop not open.... error msg. But if i´m create a PNG file into the PS and save as in DDS 1536x128 DTX1 works! =)

I guess I´ve understood Cyber Face textures offsets. If we are lucky I can create a textures exporter importer

I don´t promise it for tomorrow ( I have to travel ) but I hope for Wednesday I´ll release a tool to export / import Cyber Faces Textures. Meanwhile Jorge is working on Cyber Faces Converter for NBA 2K12.

I´ve found out that all cyber faces have 2 face textures.
Was it the same in NBA 2K11?

there is the face texture itself the normal map and the ambient occlusion map but only one actual texture of the face

I'm assuming it's the way that they're going to do their "updates" to players. I bet they're packaged in one single file, and a code through the roster chooses which to apply.

Wow interesting so that means updates could possibly mess with work that we put in our game

Yes, cyberface converter open both files
