Maybe. They may also have ears.
I was just about to write that early CPU vs CPU play, current Bulls with Jordan added, showed that superstars weren't scoring a lot. But then game three began and the announcers mentioned that Rose was averaging 20PPG in the series vs NJ (first two games.) Jordan, who had been injured in game one and played limited minutes in game two, received a pass during the Bulls first possession. He jab stepped, then drove past his defender for a dunk. On the Bulls second possession Jordan did the same thing a second time. On the Bulls third possession Rose drove around a screen then hit Jordan for a three. Jordan had 7 points in less than two minutes.
Jordan missed another three, missed a mid range jumper, then hit a two off a screen and pass from Rose. When Jordan subbed out with about 4 minutes remaining in the 1st Q, the line looked like this.
Jordan 4-6 shooting, 1-2 from three, 9 points
Rose 3 pts (on a three), 1-1 shooting , 1-1 from three, 3 assists.
Rose and Jordan sure did play like superstars for the first 8 minutes of that quarter as the Bulls built an early 14-7 lead.
