Actually my Global's Accessories are Black not Grey either![]()
Remember, I use Johndoe22's Global as a base.
I've compared my global (isn't mine, I found it on another forum I believe, but is probably an old johndoe global) and compared to recent johndoe global releases and compilations. It's not the same. When I use a johndoe global I have to make the black jerseys lighter (as in grayish) so it doesn't look odd, but with the global I'm currently using I can keep them all entirely black.
'Your' Global
The Global I use
As you can see, in the global I use the lighting doesn't screw it up. In a stand still position the accessories in both globals are black, but when you start moving in the johndoe global, the lighting makes it grayish. In mine they stay black with little lighting problems. Which is the way I like it and the way it should be.
The only reason I use these new released globals is because of the black socks, but when you start moving it gets grayish which eliminated the purpose. So just stuck with the one I have.

Everyone has their own preference...nothing wrong with that.![]()
In my case...I prefer to have Reflections...cause I have never seen a player wear a Sleeve that looked that Black...not to mention with all the lighting in NBA Arenas it just seems unrealistic.

Batzmanz wrote:Unrealistic? Watch Heat and Raptors games lol. Sonny Weems and Dwyane Wade sleeves are completely black and dark. Never do you it go so gray like in the game.
I'm just telling you this in hopes you'll find a way to incorporate it all.

Upclose you see it ofcourse. From a regular NBA broadcast angle you don't see such lighting like it is in 2k11.
And these are just pictures. In FMV you don't notice the blatant grayness in real games like in 2k11.
bSmooth wrote:You should definitely go with the version that has the reflection on the black accessories. When seeing games live or on my HDTV nothing is ever one solid color. Reflections happen and change depending on various light sources all the time.
