Alt+Print Screen, past it into a photo editor like photoshop. Make it presentable and upload it to a filehost like tinypic, imageshack, photobucket and put the direct link of the image in between tags and hit submit.

well, i tried it with alt key, it doesnt work either. thanks to advice tho.
