Alt+Print Screen, past it into a photo editor like photoshop. Make it presentable and upload it to a filehost like tinypic, imageshack, photobucket and put the direct link of the image in between tags and hit submit.

Or you could just upload with 2kshare if your using a retail copy!!!!
