Here's my chicago bulls team that i built around Carmelo Anthony
Freestyle superstars with ratings
Roy Hibbert-93 inside scorer and inside stopper
Jeff Green-99 Inside scorer shooter
Carmelo Anthony-99 Highflyer, inside scorer, outside scorer, power player, shooter and outside stopper
Eric Gordon-99 Highflyer, outside scorer, shooter and outside stopper
Stephen Curry-97 Outside scorer, playmaker, shooter and outside stopper
Martell Webster-99 Outside scorer, shooter and outside stopper
Jonny Flynn-97 Outside scorer, playmaker, shooter and outside stopper
M.Leon-Didn't look at his rating but he's a computer generated player and he's an inside scorer, outside scorer and a shooter
I'm still working on Carmelo Anthony even though he's at least 30 now, because i want him to become and inside stopper, both of his offensive rebounding stat is 73 and his defensive rebounding stat is 98, his shot blocking stat is his lowest defensive skill so i have to boost that skill. Maybe i'll get a big man coach in the offseason so Anthony can learn shot blocking.
I guess when Carmelo became a power player, (which i've never turned a small forward into one only centers) is when i trained him in defense constantly. I love training players more than any other part of the game, and my favorite training is to train players in defense skills, especially when they're weak in them. I'd even assign a coach who has the defensive specialty, to a center so that center can have great outside defense, in other words one who can steal. I also like increasing the inside scoring stat of gaurds, especially shooting gaurds so my shooting gaurd can be a slasher, although for that dunking would have to improve as well i think. And one last thing, i like my small forwards to be all around defenders and that's why i've been training Carmelo Anthony so hard in defense as well as because he's my favorite small forward to train in defense because of his low defensive skills.
