Since no one's created one already, I thought I'd post a thread wishing everyone a Merry Christmas (or Happy Holidays, as the case may be). For those who do celebrate Christmas, I hope you had/have a great day. Thanks for your continued support of the NLSC, I know we've had some rough times especially with technical problems but we're hoping we now have everything under control and look forward to a much better year in 2009.

But enough talking shop. Anyone care to share/brag about what they got this year?

Thanks to my very generous friends and family, I managed to expand my collections while preparing myself for one of my New Year's Resolutions; to cut down on impulsive spending and the need to own new DVDs and the like as soon as they come out.

Meh, times have changed right now, nobody game me anything. I tried to tone down the spending, but I actually got myself:

A couple of games (Neverwinter Nights 2, Hitman: Blood Money, and Fallout 3, NBA 2K9 to follow). Am actually thinking if I'm going to get Mass Effect.

A new Creative Inspire 2.1 T3100 Speaker

A couple of new shirts. One of which I designed for the school's engineering students' organization.

A new pair of sneakers. Puma Cat Camo Low.

I gave my younger brother a pair of adidas Team Signatures.

(EDIT) I forgot that I actually bought the 2008 Boston Celtics DVD.

This being the first year after moving out we defininetly "won" this year at the giving of presents. Got my dad golf sunglasses and a golf trunk thing for his car. My mom got Jewerly (on sale, w00t) and my sister got The Office stuff and walmart jewerly (though she thought it was wicked expensive)

I got my wife a keyboard, a 7" digital photo frame that I'm going to fill with photos from our times together over last 3-4 years, a CD & a couple of vouchers & stuff....

as for me, I got a business suit from Stef....I needed a new one, so it will be put to good use....apart from that, that's all I got....I guess I enjoy giving more than receiving....I'm a bad gift receiver I think....

as for my family, we decided to not do presents this year (outside of for kids of course), which was cool by me....
