Turn off CPU subbing

Is there a way to turn off the subbing for the CPU team? What I mean is so that only starters vs starters.

turn cpu rotation to "Fatigue" (this btw is by default in CPU rotations) then turn off the fatigue options in your settings... i think it should do the trick...
