I think LeBron is...He can finally shoot a three...I think the reason he can nail Threes is cause he got advice from Magic Johnson on TNT

Carmelo, because he's got good stats and beat both the Spurs and the Kings.

His stats are good but not better than lebron's. Also, he didn't beat those teams...the denver nuggets beat those times. Everyone is entitled to their opinion ofcourse.

This is my theory...

Bron has higher stats...pretty good stats actually....but he's lost all his games- AND he played a sh*t third game (I think fatigue kicked in!)...

Melo doesn't have as high stats as Bron...BUT he's won games (that's important!)

But it's only three games into the season! (For Lebron!)...there are 79-80 games left for them and anything can happen! Melo could get high stats and his team might start to lose and Bron's stats might go down but his team might win more...or vice versa- who knows? God knows what will happen!

Well...I think I would go for Melo...only because he's won more games..I mean look at Yao and Amare...who was ROY? Amare...cause his team made the playoffs! They only won 2 or 3 more games than Yao!

i wish the best for both, and im quite impressed by lebron but i still think the edge should go to melo just cause his team has won more games and melo doesnt have to take all the pressure and take care of the ball, miller will do that for him, and looking over a whole season then i think he will have dealt with less pressure and stress then james so he could be less fatigued mentally(they say james is better physically)and still produce more constant and better numbers then james by the end of the season, just my opinion, but i really hope the best for both, let them become two all-stars i dont mind, as long as it's based on their production and not popularity :) (though james probably will be an all star anyway)

hes 1-8 from three point so i dont know what u bee nwatching.

I think Lebron James has done better so far as an individual, but Carmelo is helping his team win games.
Im quite unhappy coz the cavs are losing, but hey, the nuggs are winning so it alll evens out i guess.

Lebron is pretty clearly looking better than Carmelo at this point. As I said before...just because Carmelo was in college it doesn't mean that he's going to be better the first year.

Something needed to be thought about here! You need to realize that the Cavs are a very young team and have not Meshed toghether yet! They all wanna be the best and score. Nuggets have found that mesh! And it is a TEAM GAME! It's not as if Carmelo beat the spurs! The nuggets did!

Lebron is looking better. As I said before, just because Carmelo went to college...it doesn't mean he's necessarily going to be better than Lebron the first year or any year.

And I wonder if Shane still thinks Lebron is worse than Tim Barnes?

Heh? So what? Roy should go to the player most deserving, which till now seems to be LeBron James. Stats don't lie.

how many times are people going to keep on this topic? it's way too early in the season to judge, just wait until the season is over & we see who team did better & who got rookie of the year!
