Please excuse my stupidity, but is there a forum that strictly deals w/ roster patches for the PC version of 2003? (Yes, I am that dumb)

No, you could use General Issues, Patching Issues, or even Patch Requests, depending on what aspect of roster patches you're talking about.

Go to this thread...ther eis a whole discussion on the roster there. Someone actually made some changes to one and posted it.
