@ Tarak, there 's nothing special with Perkins and House, i don't see the point of making them.. with Pierce,, search the thread and you'll find one with the CF i believe..

i got a little bored so i made some none sense versions of josh howard & paul pierce, here:

Paul Pierce leg sleeves(3 choices, im gonna leave the armband to you guys)
Josh Howard's double wrist bands(longer) with wrap under(2 choices,home&away) with custom socks
