Creating Self FAce Problem

I read the turorials creating a cyberface. I used eagraph to extract the fsh and FshX to to export and import bmp and photoshop to edit the bmp. I encountered some problems when i view my new created face ingame. Theres a color blue spot at the right side of his head. I tried to save the bmp to 16, 24, or 32 bit as well making 256x256 or 512x512 but all have same result, a blue color spot at the upper side of head. Any idea where i went wrong?
