Alright guys...i've been working on the TRU roster and have updated everything except the likely JKidd trade. If/when that happens, I'll be finished with the roster and everything else for TRU v2.0. This will be a complete update, so you won't need v1 and v1.5 to use this newest version. I will be including new courts from buzzy, some new jerseys from myself, new front-end art from j-art, and various other patches I've picked up since i released v1.5. Look for the release to be sometime after a final decision has been made about the JKidd trade...

I also updated the first post to include a list of the CFs still needed for TRU. If you happen to have these done right now, post previews and download links asap so I can include them in v2.0. Otherwise, maybe our awesome CF patchers around here (namely buzzy, ize, kbryant8, etc.) can find some time to make the players I listed.

As always, I'm glad to keep this mod going, and thanks for the support for the work of great patchers (Y)

hello guys.

as much as i would like to test this apparently great patch of yours, i must say that i'm having difficulties in downloading the whole thing.

namely, the download link provided on this thread usually crashes @ 60% (arround 35 MB), which results with the lack of files required to apply the patch correctly. and i'm not saying this cause i tried to download it a couple of times. it was dozens, actually. no use, a 39 MB file is the best that it got for me.

so, if it's not too much of a big thing to ask - is there maybe any good soul among you guys to stick the file on another server for me (RS)?

i would appreciate it highly.

I have problem playing a second game in season mode. Also, I also am unable to play New Orleans Hornet. Seem like the court is buggy. I replace it with the bobcats' court and it works.

I also have some problems on Memphis and a little wit Hornets and Wizards.. Hope these bugs will be fixed.. Thanks! Keep up guys!

Try buzzy's Bobcats bug fix. REALLY USEFUL...

TRU team, why not add his bug fix to v.2?

thanks man...yeah I'm gonna wait on a release for v2.0 until after the Trade Deadline on Thursday afternoon just incase some ppl are traded or signed until then.

Okay, I need some help. I freshly installed 2003 and downloaded this,but what to do next. Its been a long time since I patched 2003 and I forgot what to do. So can someone please help me out. What do I do to able custom art? If someone can please explain. It would be appreciated.

Go to the 'main' folder > 'cscript' and open xstartup with the Notepad.
Go to the end and replace the 0 with an 1 after the term "customart"

Nice to see a new 03 player, have fun with it. Check out my patches btw.

Yo guys I wish I could still help with this but my disc drive thing like snapped off thanks to my little brother so I have no way of installing the game. So if any of you guys know where to get a disc drive thing for cheap and/or know how to put it in then that would help a lot.

As far as I know those logos can't be edited without causing a crash.

Well, there is a logo patch in NLSC, but they're outdated. Also, 60's All-Star becomes USA team.

ahh snap...its been awhile man. check this for some good prices on external cd/dvd drives...we need ya for TRU man. holla at me on msn sometime, maybe we can figure somethin out.

btw, those ingame logos do cause crashes when u edit them...i havent found a solution to that. i'd love if someone could.
