Although how will you get them to be the default prospects in dynasty mode?
Sounds pretty complicated..

It's easy... the only hard thing is creating their ratings... it's just a little dbf editing and patience..
I'm working on it now and finished all 60 of the draftees but still not finished with the ratings which i would do manually because i don't know where to find the Rating Machine of Cervantes!! i just based their ratings from scoutings of nbadraft.net and not really sure if it's correct cuz i hardly know these guys!!! so if some can help with the ratings, u can post some suggestions!!! i will post screenshots of my dynasty mockdraft soon!!!

not yet half-finished cuz we still need portraits and face patches... i only finished inputing player datas in player.dbf, appearance.dbf, and birthstate.dbf of my dynasty and create some ratings for draftees and if it will be completed.. we will mke a batch file for you to put in your dynasty!!! i'm also always looking at nbadraft.net cuz they alwayz update the draftees... and so that i can update mine also!!

so i think a quarter-finished!!!

It sounds great though. Besides, how did you do to replace the information of all the defaulted draftees into the real draftees you created? I'm just curious to know the entire process of this project and if possible, I'd try to make a similar draft machine for 2009's draft class.

open the players.dbf of your dynasty folder.. and scroll at the very bottom.. you will see player records that have empty "DELETED" field.. those are the generated rookies in your dynasty!!! what you need to do is edit the data of the generated rookies except the "PLAYERID", "ORIGTEAM", "TEAM", "ISPLAYABLE", "ISCREATED", "ISGENERATE" (Note: if you change ISGENERATE to "False".. when you draft your rookies, it wont generate hotspots... you can change it to false and enter values on the hotspots fields.. thats no problem cuz when you draft your rookies, the hotspots you entered wont change because the hotspots generator is disabled!!), "CASH_TEAM", The fields with a value of "10" (It is used for scouting), "DFLTTEAM"....
If you want to add face patches to it... you need to enter "False" in the DELETED field and your patchname.fsh must correspond to the "PLAYERPKG" field..
Also open appearance.dbf and find the "APPEARID" that corresponds to the "PLAYERID" of the player you edited and you can change the height and weight!!!

With constant experimenting, testing, and practice!! you can be victorious!!! hehehe...

forgot to mention.. if you want to change the ratings.. there is a pattern..

Field Name = Corresponding Rating

PSTEALS = Field Goal
PDEFREB = 3 Pt
PTURNOVER = Free Throw
PMINUTES = Inside Scoring
PGAMES = Dunk
PGSTART = Steal
PEJECT = Block
CPFGATT = Defensive Awareness
CPFGMAD = Offensive Rebound
CPTHREEAT = Defensive Rebound
CPTHREEMAD = Passing
CPFTATT = Offensive Awareness
CPFTMAD = Dribble
CPBLOCKS = Quickness
CPOFFREB = Jumping
CPASSISTS = Strength
CPPERFOUL = Speed
CPSTEALS = Fatigue/Stamina
CPDEFREB = Hardiness
CPTURNOVER = ThreePtAtt

The PLAYRVALUE corresponds to the Overall Rating and it's automatically created if you change rating ingame!! but in dbf editing.. it is not... so what i did is, i created a player, enter the ratings i created.. save the roster.. open the players.dbf of the saved roster... locate the created player... copied the PLAYRVALUE...
