1.31 was better, I got ripped at half court by battier and in took it to the goal and stood there to the defense came then he ran to the three point line in the corner.

But stars are smarter now, like at first lebron had 12 against us the second time he was finnaly shooting and had 26.

1.33 Wishlist

- Defense Smarter when playing a zone, and after shots they get back on defense fast instead of Joggin.

- Players get off the ball quick when there on a fastbreak instead of waiting until there in the paint.

It's still great though man but I'm going back to 1.31 because they get off the ball quicker :wink:

Nice bro! waited long for this. Overall gameplay is sweeeeeet! (Y)

One thing though, sometimes the game crashes back to the desktop and sometimes it doesn't. tried installing your aiact from ILT patch and the game went well without crashes even if timeouts where called but when i reverted to 1.32 w/ ILT, the crash bug is back again. :(

tried doing this about 5x and got the same results. could you check if there is a problem with the 1.32 aiact with ILT mod.

i have an original 08 bought from sm north - datablitz just in case you were wondering. :D

I think we have a problem here bro... from your patch even easier than the original even if I used your gameplay setting it's easy...all because of that stupid inbound made by AI.....

Please make the inbounder pass to SG PG or SF

all comments would and suggestion would be included in the next fix but im sorry to say it would take long because i still need some rest in patching but if i am in the mood ill definitely make this as fast as possible.

And about that crash im not having any crashes at all try using the one that has no ILT modifications and also try to use the rosters of webberf1 cus currently his rosters are really doing well with my fix.

And about that Ai inbound bug hmmm i really cant find a way to fix it ive tried my best but with no luck.but ill keep on fixing it till i solve it cus editing the loco.act in the aiact is just too hard to edit.

What team is the CPU bro cus ive tried all the teams and only one team that is having lots of pg shots is only the team of Wizards(Because of Arenas).

Ill try to use the file from the NCAA MARCHMADNESS and see if it comes out great. i really like that aiact because it really challenges me to defeat them and there are lots of alleyoops too :D maybe next week or i hope soon i could release an aiact from the NCAA Marchmadness 07. :D

Awesome job Kris. One problem though. I'm not sure if it's just me, but the PGs are getting way too many assists. I tried 1.32 on a few 6-minute games and both starting point guards got close to or over 20 assists.

to all who are having problem with the superstar scoring big numbers!...i guess you have to defend the opponents superstar rather than letting the CPU defend 4 u!...
If you're not playing to win, why play at all!

The AI has a hard time of defending player hahaha

Using Kris_s_Gameplay_fix_08_v1.32

I think the older version this release Kris has a solution to my problem... when the receiver of the inbound is near the half court.... it's harder to intercept

could you update that in the next version man!

Kris, i was playing against Portland and Steve Blake was scoring too much, Blake had the same amount of shots as Brandon Roy... Also Kris, could you make the PF/C attempt less layups/dunks when they are backing up, could you make them do a hookshot/regular shot instead? Thanks bud i know you've been working hard and you should take your time on the next one since 1.32 is good already

It's happened to me 3 times in row during the first quarter! I was the Spurs and was playing Cleveland and all 3 times it crashed when Duncan had the ball.

I have also had this crashing problem, and i think i was using Cleve vs SA... i will try again with other teams and see if it crashes.... please can anyone fill me in on the problem...

pre, about the crash bug thing. It only happens when I play against Detroit. but against other teams, cpu timeout crash never occur. hmmm.

im using andrew's roster. is 1.32 w/ ILT compatible w/ the nlsc roster patch or do i have to use another roster update?

im using the heat in testing this out. wonder whats wrong though.

nyway, will still use your awesome patch dude! (Y) will just simulate games against detroit! hehe. will just wait for any future developments.

one problem that i see...fast break...AI PG with no defender under the basket passed the ball back to someone who is defended...shoot...miss the shot.............This had occured couple of times.....POOR AI?

I think this was done to minimze the fastbreak issue which was previously the fix's problem. i also saw this occur a few times. but sometimes the cpu drive straight to the basket on open court fastbreaks which is good.

try using the settings included and tweak it a bit. try lowering the users fgs for short, medium and long shots :wink: to make it more challenging.

1.31 plays a run-and-gun style which focuses more on fastbreak atempts than half-court play sets. It also has some half-court sets but has more fastbreak attempts.

1.32 plays good if you're looking for realistic pg playmaking or teams looking for those open teamates for the shot. Defense also plays well as teams don't tend to just stand almost midcourt waiting for the ball carrier to pass the midcourt before positioning themselves. :D

Both patches are good. It may very well depend on what type of play you are into.

try it out again and see if there'll be a difference for the tweaks.

After playing a game between the Cav's and the Magic, heres what i got!...

PROS:
* Superstar players are playing like what they should be!
* CPU are taking open 3 point shots!
* CPU are setting plays
* CPU are calling screens before taking a shot!

CONS:
* The phase of the game is way too fast
* CPU players often wait for an opponent inside the shaded lane before taking a shot or passing it to another player even if they are wide open on transition
* Too easy to penetrate

All in all it is a good Gameplay Fix but needs a little tweak in terms of game speed coz it ruins the gameplay!

Just take a rest Kris, you did it. Amazing offensive play by ai.:shock: :chug:

But i have an issue. when they defend if you back down they just step back after 2 or 3 seconds. So it is realy easy to backdown or penetrate to the rim. They just let you go inside and fingerrole. So i play 1.31. It is hard to defend especially the fastbreaks and you find a lot of shots when you fake shoot+pas or screen and it is more enjoyable but 1.31 also has little things to fix. AI doesnt force to shoot. They force just to penetrate and take a lay-up. Especially the stars doesn't do their go-to moves which are long 2 pointer shots because they take it really rarely. (like mcgrady and kobe hang in the air, turn and shot.) They only shoot three ponters. Although they're emty they still penetrate the rim. İt is rarely to see a mid or long range 2 pointer shot.
Anyway thanks for all the things an i don't think we deserve this much. we only test it and say thanks. Then after the first five minutes we just want this this this things to be fixed. I know we want to make the perfect ai but i think it is upsetting and tiring you.

Agree.

But u can find those PROS in v1.31, and v1.31 doesnt have those CONS.

Kris there has been a problem, the signature shot of bruce bowen is gone, it is 224 in the ILT release... does anybody else notice it???
