The area under Jackson's eyes look bad, otherwise very nice indeed! Try lowering the opacity of the eyes, that might fix it :)

For Charlie Bell's headshape~try to make the forehead a tad wider and give more volume to his hair, as you can see in his photo

Great Cook and Novak !! Bell could be better i guess. The headshape is better than EA's obviously, but it's still not a perfect match.
