for cook, did you use sebastian telfair's headshape? it looks like his..
well, after testing numerous amounts of headshapes, the closest shape i came to was thabo, that is for 05[i converted the 07 shape]. only bad thing about the headshape is that it makes the right[our left] eyebrow look strange..here is the thabo shape for cook

... When you create a player with a ‘THICK’ build and place him on either the Bobcats or Thunder, the game will crash when entering the game.
That being said, we only have 5 existing players in the league who are ‘THICK’ builds:
Glen Davis
Shaquille O’Neal
Eddy Curry
Jerome James
Michael Sweetney
Workaround: Don’t put a ‘THICK’ build created player OR one of the above players on the Bobcats or Thunder and the game won’t crash.
