Not another list-spam thread, please. Atleast state an opinion on each.

For instance -
ROY- Kevin Durant - He's been playing with the best NBA players on the USA team before even playing a single NBA game. This will give him a major advantage over other rookies.

ROY: Durant - he is going to be the scoring threat on the weak Sonics, while Oden will get some help from Roy, Aldridge, etc.
Coach: Mike D'Antoni - Phoenix will finish with best record
DPOY: Camby - He'll get 3.00 BPG and 11 RPG again if he's healthy, being only really good defensive player on Nuggets he will repeat as DPOY
MVP: Carmelo - thats a homer pick, I truly have no idea who will be MVP
ANT: Nash, Bryant, James, Garnett, Amare
ADT: Kidd, Bowen, Smith, Duncan, Camby
6th: Barbosa
ART: Conley, Young, Durant, Horford, Oden
Best record: Phoenix
NBA CHAMP: SAS

ROY: Kevin Durant. He is the most NBA ready player and he will get a lot of playing time for a young Seattle team i think he can get around 20 PPG.
Coach: Mike D'Antoni. Phoenix will do very well around 60 wins and I think D'Antoni gets this one.
DPOY: Bruce Bowen. He is very underrated but plays very tough D even some ppl think he plays dirty, he can shutdown guys.
MVP: Steve Nash. His style of play changes any team he is on. Dallas always had the most scoring when he was there and its the same in Phoenix. Without him, the Suns are screwed since they dont have a leader.
ANT: Nash,Kobe,LeBron,Duncan,Stoudemire. Stoudemire will score a lot with Nash passing to him, Duncan will keep putting up solid numbers, LeBron is a great all-around player and Kobe will average 30 again.
ADT: Kidd,Kobe,Bowen,Duncan,Camby These guys are very smart and shutdown the opposition.
6th: Ginobli. He would have won it last year if he was 6th man the whole year.
ART: Oden, Durant, Horford, Acie Law, Conley. These guys are the most talented rookies Horford and Law are NBA Ready and the other guys have the potential to put up big numbers this year.
Best record: Dallas. Id say around 62 wins.
NBA CHAMP: Dallas. This year they wont get into a horrible matchup like the Warriors who traded away one of their key players in J-Rich, and i think they can beat the Spurs, Suns, and Celtics.

ROY: Durant - he shot for shit in summer, but after a couple of months he'll easily be getting 20 ppg the NBDL Level Sonics. Oden will be as good, he will play a lot of minutes, but it just won't be as noticeable. I'm excited to see five years from now.

Coach: Nate McMillan - The Blazers WILL win 40-45 games this year, and it will be because of Nate.

MVP: Not Kobe. LeBron will win. His level of play will go up even more this year, he's probably feeling pretty competitive because of the celtics.

Best Record: Suns - Same as last year. They're just goooooood. Don't know why they gave up James Jones, but Stoudamire's even better this year.

NBA Champions: Spurs. Same old boring shit. Got even more boring (better) with Ime Udoka. And they probably got another Euro playin.... Celtics dont stand a chance.

ROY: Al Horford. I wanted to pick someone different. He'll easily be the Hawk's go to guy in the middle since he'll automatically be their starting PF/C. I think Durant's overrated. He's got a great scoring mentality, but he's shown in the summer league that he doesn't do much of anything else. He'll lead the rookies in scoring but I don't see him much of anything else. Maybe like 4 boards and an assist. I wanted to pick Al Thornton, but the Patterson trade made me think otherwise.

COY: Marc Iavaroni. Iavaroni is praised as being the best assistant coach in the league... A healthy lineup can make a lot of noise this year. The Grizz were sidetracked by injuries last season. A lot of "Mike D'Antoni" picks and I don't really know why. I think the Suns will maintain a 50+ win season, but they've been doing it for a few years now. You don't see a guy like Greg Popovich winning it again and again, because it just isn't as interesting. Doc Rivers will be a boring (and dumb) pick for COY. I heard Boston fans everywhere complain about how crappy of a coach this guy is. If the Celtics flop, I wouldn't be suprised to see the blame being put on him.

MVP: I'd say it's about time LeBron got one. He's going to get one anyway since the NBA's on his jock for the past few years. Chris Bosh has been getting some good media attention around the league as well. I'm not expecting him to win MVP, but I hope he can be a top candidate this year as he's resting up his foot injury.

MIP: Randy Foye. With the Wolves finally doing the right thing by rebuilding, Foye's finally going to see consistent minutes. I hope he can become more of a playmaker though because the 2 guard spot is already filled in with Corey Brewer and Gerald Green. The Blazer fan in me also wants LaMarcus Aldridge or Martell Webster to steal this one.

DPOY: Shawn Marion. Probably lack of publicity killed his chances of winning the first time around, but I think that he'll be putting up his usual 1.5 steals, 1.5 blocks and 10 rebounds. I could be really daring and say Oden, but I don't think he's at that level quite yet.

6th man: Marquis Daniels. He's sort of underrachieved so far because of injury, but if he can pull together a healthy season he'll be an all around monster for Indiana off the bench.

Hahaha. Back to back most improved player awards. Wow.

I think he'd have to put up 45 and 20 to achieve that.
