Great trade for Seattle, IMO.

Pierce and Ray Allen together? Should be interesting.

I'm skeptical such a trade has occured...ESPN radio hasn't mentioned it and as of this point right now Durant is a Sonic.

So the Sonics are going to come out of this draft with Durant and Jeff Green. Very interesting. Those 2 could compliment each other very well for the next 15 years.

Well there goes any chance of Yi going to Boston. Boston needed to draft someone with the #5 pick and they just gave it away for Ray Allen , who as sauru mentioned is 30+ years old. Ainge continues to show he is incompetent as a general manager...

3rd pick...come on Conley

AL HORFORD

Idiots...

Sauru, at least you got better value then for your pick last season.

I don't think Ray Allen for the 5th pick is bad, but the fact that Boston gave them Delonte and Wally too is surprising.

Would you rather have traded this pick with West and Gerald Green for Jermaine O'Neal?

I would definitely rather have Jermaine O'Neal for the #5, West, and Green than have Ray Allen for the #5, West, and Wally... although, if I were Boston I would rather keep the #5 pick and draft somebody rather than take either of those guys...

Boo...Yi goes to Milwaukee. I was reading up on this on ESPN and Milwaukee doesn't have a strong Chinese-American contingent , which the Chinese government has desired. It will be interesting how the Chinese govt responds to this.

in hindsight, yes, i would. we should have drafted a player but instead we are gonna be stuck in the 8th or 9th spot in the east which will only anger pierce and push allen to retire earlier

edit: seems the radio is reporting that swift is also going to boston

Goddamn, Ray Allen to Seattle????!!
West isn't bad but Wally is a dick who can't play a full game without an injury....
I don't think it's such a bad deal for Boston, but I'm definitely depressed about Seattle now, even with Durant...

Seattle is much better off : Durant , Jeff Green , Delonte West...plus Nick Collison. That's a pretty good team...

I don't think I could pick Brandan Wright if I were a GM simply because I could not make a guy with braces a part of an NBA franchise. Unless he were the ball boy.

I think the Bulls may grab Al Thornton here. GODDAMN STEPHEN A TAKING WORDS OUT OF MY MOUTH.

I hope they make the mistake and take Hawes.

kinda suprised here, didnt think noah would go to chicago. at this point, with all the noah bashing i have done, i rather take him at 5 then trade for allen. i am so angry now i need to leave, every minute angers me more and more. if not for indy making me laugh now and again i might have grabbed a gun and started my ainge hunting now.

Haha, they showed like 4 clips of players just blowing right by Hawes and scoring over him. How mean was that.

Now that they have the Brad Miller clone, I wonder what they will do with the real thing.

Sauru, at least the 4 best players were actually gone. It isn't like Al Horford slipped or anything like that. Boston now needs to go get a point guard, but if they were able to get a guy like Mike Bibby, they would certainly be a high powered scoring team.

Thad to Philly, very interesting.

I think New Orleans will have taken him. Now they have to choose between Julian Wright and Al Thornton. They will take one of those 2 guys here.

SHUT THE FUCK UP STPEHEN A........he ruined everything by saying we would take thaddeus young with that pick right before stern said it, looking forward for him to do this more later in the night....

as for the pick itself its probably a decent choice provided he can develop into that high scoring forward.

Haha, you are angry at Stephen A for correctly guessing the pick?
