Suns, Lakers, & Twolves trade

Postby -Young Buck- on Sun Jun 24, 2007 11:05 am

The phoenix suns seem to need to do something to fix their situation. What if they did trade Amare to the Twolves for say KG and a two 1st round picks over the next two years. Sure it would be unwise to trade Amare for KG, but with an aging Nash, and two future picks, this doesnt look so bad. I dont think Amare will be as good without nash. Plus Nash will only have a few more years worth of being a great player. By the time amare really comes into his own, Nash will be over the hill and maybe retired.

Then the Suns could trade Marion, Barbosa, fillers to the Lakers for Kobe. Maybe throw in a rookie pick.

This would give them Nash, KG, and Kobe for the next 3 or so years together. After KG and Nash move on, they can rebuild around Kobe.

when i first read ur title i thought a trade had already gone down..

i dont think the twolves would want amare knowing that he probably won't be as good without Nash.
