At least we kept it close in 07 series, in 05 they were pretty much blowouts with a difference of 14 pts.

in the series, i think it's an issue of the lesser of 2 evils for me. i hate both teams but i hate denver much more than the spurs. the nuggets have guys that grab other players nuts and who sucker slap people and run.

I really dont see how this is relevant to the playoffs, its just a childish remark, why the hell would you come to a Nuggets thread and say that it really makes no sense, you think we are gonna agree with you or do you want an argument. Grow Up!

I think the Suns would have bulldozed the Nuggets anyway, so I'll gladly watch Amare try to equal his ridiculous averages against SA two years ago (almost 40 ppg  ).

Yeah, I think so...the ball movement from the playoffs and game 1 was not there, and AI just jacks up shots all the time (what's new?)...So much for the 30ppg career playoffs average. After games 1 and 2, I really think that the Nuggs can defeat the Spurs, but after Game 2 , the Spurs showed how Superior they are.

Well, can't wait for the next season, and I don't see a lineup that puts AI as PG. They need a pass first PG, if only they could get Dre back...Dre, AI and Melo, would be sick, but then again, in my dreams.... :D

Can't let this topic go down, bump.

Lakers want Camby: http://www.realgm.com/src_wiretap_archi ... out_camby/

Sound good to me, Kwame's expiring contract suits us well, he can be a benchwarmer for us for a year, and then he can say hello to FA's. If we really want to be an offensively minded team, then Camby isn't needed, heck, I'd rather have K-Mart take shots that Camby takes. We lose one of our 2 good interior defenders(other being Nene), but its a risky chance, if we keep him he might be injured for half a season, so he's not good to us at all, neither is his contract, Lakers will get help on defense, since they do need to be a defensive team. They can't be an offensive team because besides Kobe, they don't have that many offensive weapons, unlike Nuggets.

I think we should rebuild around Anthony, get solid defensive players and a pass first point guard plus alot of young talent.

The only players i wish to keep are Anthony, Nene, Smith, Blake and Kleiza.

Iverson is still yet to prove himself, he said he was gonna defer to Anthony but i havent seen much of that yet, when he starts doing so he will be a valuable member to this team but at the moment he isnt playing the way he was perceived.

That trade is shitty if you ask me. I can't understand why the Nuggets should trade Camby at all, he's been keeping their defense together all by himself all season long. Unless they get a quality player for him Camby's name should never be part of any trade discussions.

I think the Nuggets have too many large contracts that they need to ship out. They're not getting anywhere far and are going to continually be first round fodder.

my opinion:

trade iverson for a better shooting guard with size.. coz AI is aging anyways.. his performance is already slowing down.. give him three years or so.. and he's useless.. he's only a superstar for one reason.. he's really really really really really quick... other than that.. no matter how his shooting and scoring ability is.. without his speed and quickness.. he is pretty much close to useless because of his puny size..

trade k-mart for a quicker scoring PF.. u cant trade him for billups coz i doubt the pistons want another PF.. k-mart is always injured.. i admit he has super strength and unbelievable hustle.. but i can't seem to point out what slows him down with injuries.. i mean.. he is explosive.. he is very very hardy.. strong.. great power.. good physique.. i just dont know what makes those injuries.. maybe its because he's old..

or trade k-mart for a better shooting guard and trade ai for a better PF..

the PF position doesnt need that strengthening anyways coz nene is there.. i think he will develop well this summer..

dont trade marcus.. coz he can shoot well in the post.. he is a very very very good defender with great athleticism and has an array of good offensive moves... plus he can jam the ball pretty hard..

dont trade melo.. coz u know the rest of the story..

dont trade smith either coz he is aticking time bomb waiting to explode.. plus he has good shooting ability.. he is also a future of the team..

easiest way to open up cap space is to trade k-mart to the bobcats for a second rounder..

or trade AI to the bobcats for a 1st and second round pick..
