I was shocked by that pick, as were most. I was sure the Lakers would take Granger if he wasn't gone yet. Let's just say I'm happy they didn't.

Defensive, all-around swingmen like Granger routinely go lower than projected, you always see stuff like Araujo going before Iguodala, or 28 NBA teams taking a pass on Josh Howard.
Teams love offense, which is why the Mike Dunleavy's will go #3 in the same draft that has Tayshaun Prince going 23 and Carlos Boozer 35.
