Nuggets Interested In Ron Artest?
Chicago Tribune - 05/21 - 3:56 AM EST
There has been talk the Nuggets might be interested in Ron Artest, Chicago Tribune writer Sam Smith is reporting.

It was George Karl who talked Bucks management into adding Anthony Mason and then asking why they let him after Mason effectively broke up the team.

although sam smith is a bit off the hook on his ideas.. i think ron might be in the moving.. maybe not to denver but to another team.. as the kings wouldn't wanna deal with his nuisance and petty work ethic anymore..

Hawks Looking At Greek Point Guard
Philadelphia Inquirer - 05/21 - 4:00 AM EST
The Hawks, who passed on Chris Paul and Deron Williams in the 2005 draft to take Marvin Williams, and who then gave ex-Sixer Speedy Claxton $25 million in free agency last summer, may be looking at another potential solution to their perennial point-guard problem. Word is they're looking hard at Greek guard Theodoros Papaloukas, the 30-year-old star point at CSKA Moscow who is expected to try the NBA next season.

Papaloukas is considered by many personnel types to be the best player in Europe, and while he isn't the quickest guy going, at 6-foot-7 he has the size that would give him an edge over other Euro imports that have tried to make a go of it over here. Papaloukas led CSKA to the Euroleague Final Four championship game last month and impressed observers again.

this one's gonna be great coz papaloukas is a great passer.. and the hawks really need a good PG with size.. i believe he might be the perfect fit if ever he decides to go to the NBA.

Nuggets are interested in Artest, maybe a 3 way deal, but I don't want to see him in Denver, just going to be a distraction for us.

In fact I think it is just a means to up the post count. Big rumours can have their own threads, and minor rumours can be discussed in the relevant team threads rather than in here. Plus the fact these have never, ever lasted in the past.

So enough of this :spam:
