Look at the picture of me...do I look fat? No. I workout for at least an hour a day, plus I'm running again....before school started, I was doing about 2 hours a day, plus cardio every other day, which made it 2 1/2 hours...trust me, I ain't fat.

Muscle weighs more than fat....if I didn't have muscle on me, then yeah, I would be overweight...and I suppose technically I am...but since I have far more muscle than fat and am skinny (I wear 30 waist pants, but they're loose, medium shirts), I'm not fat, nor am I overweight...the BMI is for people who don't exercise and who aren't healthy...I am healthy and I exercise daily...

Go look up a football player who's 5'8 or 5'9....odds are they'll weigh 185 or so...would you say they're overweight, even if they're in better shape than any of us on the board? I think not...

My only reason for even saying anything is that you guys are absurdly skinny for your heights...I mean, there's guys over 6'0 tall that weigh barely over 130...I can garuntee you that they aren't very strong, just skinny...hence my comment about putting on weight....

I made an observation...you took the time to go find a BMI calculator, even though there's a picture next to my name of me, and I definately don't look fat in that picture, now do I? If you were simply making an observation, then you wouldn't have taken the time to go find something in what looks like an attempt to make me look bad...toss in your comments about calling me 'fatty' (which I took in jest) and 'fucking fat', and I'd say that you completely misinterpretted my saying that about people's weight...

I don't have a beer belly anymore...just a slight gut. You should try Ripped Fuel or Hydroxycut....they help your metabolism. Just make sure you work out when you use 'em. My legs are getting back to the way they were in high school, finally...maybe I'll be able to get rim again. *shrug* I can do 15-10-8-8 reps of calf raises (standing) at 312.6 lbs Haven't tried jumping lately, but I'll pry be close since my calves can lift twice my weight...doubt I can get rim, but I'll be close....anyway, no one cares, I'll talk to ya later man.

what about some dude that's 5'9 and 250lbs? That's not healthy. It's not really an accurate thing because I exercise a lot, but I'm overweight (and thus unhealthy). The thing is, though, is that I'm in better shape now than I was when I played high school sports...and I weighed like 135 my frosh year, graduated at 150 (hehe)...so I was skinny, but I wasn't strong....
