Yeah, and not only Webber, but Flip Murray helped strengthen their bench. They are almost equal to last year's Pistons right now.

Well a big surprise for me was the Iverson Trade but was more shocking see how shitty denver played before the "big trade"

Also Utah's success and Toronto's success are pretty shocking.

4.) Detroit Pistons. I know the East has been very, very weak this season, but who really expected the Pistons to win as many games as they have and be as good as they have? They lost a key part to their championship team in Ben Wallace, and only added Nazr Mohammed to replace him. I didn't expect them to be back to being a championship contender so soon.

obviously i expected another 50 win season. Webber obviously helped, but also the addition of Murray and improvement of Delfino & Maxiell was key too!

I was talking about pre-season. The Pistons were playing very well before they added CWebb, and that was a surprise to me.

Meh, Flip is nowhere near as good as Evans last season.

The surprising thing about the Pistons and Webber is that Webber stepped in and has played so well. He was basically playing like an all-star for the first couple months with the Pistons, he saved them right in the midst of a slump. Re-energized their offense back up to 5th in the league with his passing. Nazr has been really good, but Webber gave them a new dynamic with a passer from the middle.

QFT. That was horrible. By that logic, Robert Horry should have been ejected too, so obviously the ref targeted Duncan.
