Trades
The Denver Nuggets Acquire PG Mike Bibby from the Sacramento Kings for PF Kneyon Martin.
ImageImage
The GM of the Nuggets felt that his team would benefit by beeing able to move Allen Iverson up to the SG postion while Bibby can come in and control the point, as it happens JR Smith will now come of bench in a support role to Allen Iverson and Nene is left to fill the gap from the leaveing Kenyon Martin.

Game Recap
The Denver Nuggets came up against a new opponent for the first time in the Spurs. The Nuggets coming of their first win of the season were looking for another. They were able to stay close to the Spurs until a 3rd quarter blow out which lead to the loss. The only shining light for the Nuggets was AI's 29 points, Bibby struggled in his second game as a Denver Nugget shooting a poor 0-9 from the field. Tim Duncan dominated down low for the Spurs in getting 28 points. Also during the 3rd quarter which made the loss even worse for the Nuggets was that Marcus Camby had sufferd a injury.

Boxscore Cleveland Cavaliers http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s53/spriteftw3/Boxscoresvscavscavs.jpg

Game Recap
The Denver Nuggets came up against the Cleveland Cavaliers this week. In a match up that must be seen which was Carmelo Anthony of the Nuggets Vs Lebron James of the Cavs, this match up would no doubt affect the end result. In the first quarter there was nothing between the team but the Cavs were able to get up by 2. The Nuggets would come back stong tho out scoring the Cavs in the second as Melo started to fire up. The 3rd quarter showed a great defencive quarter by the Nuggets only allowing the Cavs to score 8 points. In the end the Nuggets were able to run out comfortable winners. They were lead by Anthony who was able to get 25 points and 13 boards getting a strong double double, Camby had one of his best offencive games of the season scoring 23 points while most of the night Bibby could find open players for 9 assits. While for the Cavs Larry Hughes was kept in check by AI only scoring 3 points, but James tried hard to get Cavs in a winning postion scoring 19 points.
Image
Iverson was able to get inside for layups all night against the Cavs, they couldn't find a way to stop him.

Boxscore Milwaukee Bucks http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s53/spriteftw3/Boxscorevsmilmil.jpg

Game Recap
The Denver Nuggets lined up against the Milwaukee Bucks in their 5th game of the season. The Nuggets looking for back to back wins came out looking to try blow away the Bucks but they werent able to as the match was very even as tere was lead change after lead change the Nuggets were able to take a 3 point lead into the last quarter. With AI and Melo both playing well the Nuggets had to try to hold on against a surging Bucks lead by Redd and Williams. The Nuggets would end up 1 point down in the last quarter with 5 Seconds to play they had a time out. The question was for most was who would take the last shot? with to known clutch players in Carmelo Anthony and Allen Iverson it would turn out that the Nuggets looked for Carmelo Anthony who has been playing weel all season, he would not let them down nailing the jumper just before the Buzzer. Leading the Nuggets to a awsome 87-86 win
Image
Williams gave the Bucks an option all night getting 23 points and was one of the reasons why the Bucks stormed home late.

Image
JR Smith gave the Nuggets and outside threat against the Bucks going 2-3 from downtown

Image
Melo had a solid night all night scoring 20 points but none was more important than this shot, he was able to rise up and hit the jumper with time winding down to get the win for the Nuggets

Game Recap
The Nuggets coming of back to back wins including a thriller against the Bucks, looked to make it 3 in a row against the Knicks. The Nuggets were in control most of the night with an awsome first quarter which set up the win. Carmelo Anthony once again was able to get a double double with 20 points and 13 boards while he was also 2 assits short of a triple double, he got support from AI(15 points) and Bibby(13 points) through out the night. The Knicks Quentin Richardson was productive for the Knicks comming of the bench to top score the game with 21 points and having 12 rebounds.
Image
Bibby was able to get into the paint against the Knicks to score, helping the Nuggets with 13 points including this layup

Image
Quentin Richardson tried hard all night to get the Knicks back into the game coming of the bench with some nice jumpers and a few dunks including this 2 hander

Image
AI finished up with 4 assits but most them were great passes like this setting up team mates like Melo and Camby

Boxscore Orlando Magic http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s53/spriteftw3/boxscoreVsmagic-magic.jpg

Game Recap
The Nuggets were at home against the Orlando Magic and looked to win. All though the Nuggets were going to have to play with out PG Mike Bibby due to injury. Through out the first quarter it was point for point as it was all tied. In the second quarter the Nuggets made a run for it pulling away from the magic with Marcus Camby able to get inside the paint for baskets. In the 3rd quarter Dwight Howard tried to get the Magic going but could only get limited help from Hill and Nelson. The Nuggets were able to hold on in the 4th increasing the margin with AI and Camby putting on a offensive show with Camby getting 26 points and AI getting 27, while the Nuggets Carmelo Anthony was able to get another double double, for the Magic Dhow finished with 28 points and 12 boards.
Image
Dhow gave the Magic an option as he tried all night top scoring with 28 having very little support from his team

Image
AI was able to get it done against Orlando with 27 points including a perfect 3-3 from 3point range including this jumper

Image
Camby was a monster inside the paint for the Nuggets scoring 26 points and having one of his best performances this year

Game #8 Vs Phoenix Suns
Win 110-109
Boxscore Denver Nuggets http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s53/spriteftw3/BoxscoreVssuns-nugs.jpg
Boxscore Pheonix Suns http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s53/spriteftw3/BoxscoreVssuns-suns.jpg

Game Recap
The Nuggets came up against an impressive looking Suns lineup. The Nuggets were still missing Mike Bibby and this allowed JR Smith to start. The Nuggets were able to get a slim lead in the first quarter up by 2 with JR Smith starting well with Camby coming off a good game against Orlando. The Nuggets as they did against Orlando tried to pull away in the second quarter out scoring them 33-24. But the Suns came back at the Nuggets in the 3rd which set up for a big last quarter. As the Suns made there run in the last quarter AI tried to hold them off scoring 8 of his 17 points in the last quarter but the Suns kept coming as Marion was trying to get the Suns the win. With 2 seconds to go the Suns had the ball they were down by 3 poiints and needed some one to step up and it was the MVP from the past 2 years Steve Nash who delivered hitting his only 3 for the game (1-5 3point) to tie it up. As it went to over time the Nuggets and the Suns went basket for basket but JR Smith came up huge with a and 1 play to put the Nuggets up by 1 point with time winding down the Suns would look to Nash again but was guarded strong by AI as he passed it to Bell who had the jumper to win it for the Suns but JR Smith was able to get a hand up and course him to miss the winning shot as the Nuggets win in OT.
Image
JR Smith starting the game due to Mike Bibby gave the Nuggets a great scoring option with 25 points which included 3s Dunks and jumpers.

Image
Nash had this 3point jumper to send the game into OT with 2.0 seconds left it was his first 3 and only 3 for the game going 1-5 behind the arc

Image
Bell had this shot to win the ball game for the Suns in OT but hard defence from JR Smith caused the shot to miss giving the win to the Nuggets

Game #9 Vs Golden State Warriors
Loss 103-95
Boxscore Denver Nuggets http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s53/ ... w-nugs.jpg
Boxscore Golden State Warriors http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s53/ ... sw-gsw.jpg

Game Recap
The Denver Nuggets were visiting the Golden State Warriors as they continued to keep there winning streak alive. It was another close first quarter as the Nuggets were able to take a 2 points lead. Unlike the past games the Nuggets werent able to pull away in the second quarter in fact thats just what the GSW did outscoring the Nuggets 28-15. In the 3rd the Nuggets were coming back at the GSW which set up for a last quarter were the Nuggets could make a run at them. The Nuggets werent able to get back into the game getting outsocred 29-27 in the last. As the Nuggets lost it wasnt all bad as the Nuggets welcomed back Mike Bibby from injury as he came of the bench and provided a nice double double with 14points and 12 assits also Melo was able to give the Nuggets another double double. While for the GSW J-Rich exploded for 32 points and was just to good for the Nuggets.
Image
Bibby came back and was able to provide 12 assits for the nuggets finding open team mates including this between the legs pass

Image
The Nuggets just couldnt stop J-Rich on his way to a 32 point night the Nuggets had no awnser for him

Game #10 Vs Sacramento Kings
Win 102-96
Boxscore Denver Nuggets http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s53/spriteftw3/BoxscoreVskings-nugs.jpg
Boxscore Sacramento Kings http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s53/ ... -kings.jpg

Game Recap
The Denver Nuggets were coming of a disapointing loss to the Golden State Warriors but were looking to hit back with a win against the Kings. With Mike Bibby still recovering the Nuggets decided to start the game with JR Smith and use Bibby off the bench. The Nuggets came out firing against the Kings and were able to take a 9 point lead in the first quarter. The Kings made a come back in the second outscoring the Nuggets by 4. But in the 3rd quarter the Nuggets hit back with Marcus Camby putting on a show scoring 15 of his 35 points in the 3rd. Kings made a slight comeback in the last but the Nuggets were able to hold off with Iverson having a nice all rounded game aswell as Bibby picking up 9 assits. But the big man for the Nuggets Marcus camby had his best game of the year for the Denver Nuggets scoring 35 points and pulling down 11 boards. Kevin Martin was the best for the Kings getting 29 points.
Image
Kevin Martins 29 points was a positive for the Kings as they struggled to make a surge late.

Image
Nothing could stop the Cambyman inside tonight as he was a monster getting 35points going 16-20 from the floor while also getting 11 rebs

Very decent start Sprite. I would suggest more organization of the pictures, preferably into similar sizes. The write-ups are a good addition so far. A nice start, keep it up.

As Jing already said, resize your pics. They even don't have to be in the same size.. But 715x917 Px is way too big..

Looks a lot like mine.. :)

I really like it. Nice graphics also..

I don't usually trade (or like 'em) before the start of seasons .. but the Bibby for Martin move was pretty good providing Webber ain't in Sac-town still.

Nicely done thus far with the start.
