NLSC ROSTER PROBLEM

Is it normal that, playing with your tweaked roster, when i sign a free agent, he automatically has a contract at the maximum possible? Is it a bug? Can you fix it?

Not the roster patch. Nothing I can do about it, sorry.

No set date for the next release except to say As Soon As Possible (I've said this quite a few times ).
