It's not like Cassell/Livingston and Mobley are great perimeter scorers who can create their own shot. Seems weird like Battier starting instead of McGrady would be.

Nah, Garnett said a little over a week ago that he isn't upset being in Minnesota and he wants to stick it out here. I don't think his opinion has changed.

Thomas is at least a season away, Sweetney shows signs then does absolutely nothing, Malik Allen isn't great and PJ Brown I think wants out. Just someone like Udonis Haslem would do the job.

Los Angeles Clippers head coach Mike Dunleavy reined in any thoughts that a deal regarding Corey Maggette or any other Clippers player was imminent.
"I don't feel we need to do anything, unless there was an opportunity we couldn't pass up," Dunleavy said.
Maggette, unhappy with his sixth-man role, has made it clear that it probably would be better for him to be traded. However, neither Dunleavy nor Clippers GM Elgin Baylor has expressed an interest in trading Maggette.

lol, you actually would exclude foye in a deal that could bring kobe to the t-wolves? if i was the t-wolves and la called me about trading kobe i would basically let them have thier pick with the exception of kg. after you have those 2 together and if they could work together the rest would fall in place. so needless to say i hope that kobe never makes it to minnesota.

I honestly don't see the big deal about starting. . .if your gonna get your minutes regardless, there shouldn't be nothing to complain about!!

I think at this rate Kevin Martin will be the dominant offensive player on the team for years to come, and Magette doesn't like playing 2nd or 3rd fiddle on the clippers, and he'd be doing that in Sacramento. I don't see Bibby or Kevin Martin deferring to him, and rightly so. I think he'd be better off on a team like Orlando, that could use some more consistent perimeter scoring.
