I perfer Williams over Ford anyday. Even though Toronto beat the Bucks, you could see how Ford hurts his team. He is so fast he runs past his team, gets caught in the lane, and ends up with a bad shot or a turn over. He dont know how to use his speed to an advantage. Plus he is always jumping around trying to make things happen. Mo this year seems to be trying to get others involved, and can nail the 3 pointer when needed. Fords 3 pointer was getting better at the end of last season, but he was still inconsistant.

So true. So many games last season he would run up the court, get trapped near the key and jack up a shocking shot or make a stupid pass to nobody and cause a turnover. Mo might not be as much as a natural point guard in some ways but I believe he's a more mature and sensible player who, unlike TJ, isn't especially keen to be the next AI and be in the spotlight. TJ can be a very very good player in this league as long as he realises he's not as good as he thinks he is and that he's gotta keep working hard to get there. That was the biggest criticism the Bucks had of him.

NBA.com wrote:Redd is averaging 26.0 points per game through the first three games this season, but Charlie Villanueva - acquired from Toronto in an offseason trade for point guard T.J. Ford - is chipping in 19.3 points and 2005 No. 1 overall pick Andrew Bogut is adding 18.3 a contest.

``Andrew is our man,'' point guard Mo Williams said. ``We all know Mike is our All-Star, but the centerpiece of this team is Andrew. We want to go to him because he can do so many things with the ball. We have to play through him at times.''

That's what I'm talking about! :D Take that CV!

Man the bucks lost by 2 to the jazz. They were down by like 24, then the bucks came back behind Redds 57 points, and could have won but the jazz seemed to have an answer whenever the bucks got close or tied the game.

Deron Williams also had 5 steals and 15 assists to go with his 27 points.

Both him and Boozer's on my fantasy team

I was watching the game and almost had a heart-attack when Redd missed that 3, but 57 is amzing. That puts Redd at #1 onh the scoring list with 32.something ppg, and he might if the Bucks improve have a shot at MVP.

well i ment through the whole game, whenever the bucks got close it was williams, harpring, boozer, or someone that just made a shot and stoped their momentum. Honestly it was Harpring who made the shot in the end to kill the bucks. Redd just scored a 3 to tie the game and in a matter of seconds the jazz went down and harpring made a 2 pointer, and that was the game.

Well it looks like the players have given up on Stotts already. Only 7 games in and the players are criticising him and the fans are booing... The defence has been abysmal, the offence has been just like last years focussing on the perimetre and the sub rotations have been timed poorly.

In order to turn things around we need CV and Bogut to have a few more plays for them in the post, Redd to stay HOT and for Bell to start amd use Mo as a spark off the bench.

Redd's 57 points seemed amazing (only seen highlights), at least he seems to be playing with a hell of a lot of effort and passion. How many 3 point plays did he have? Wow. He's leading the league in scoring and has played very consistent so far. If he keeps this up he won't be overlooked for an all star berth again.

Lets hope things turn around soon. Need the frontcourt to show some heart, get the offenxe running through the high post, cut down on turnovers, focus on defence and play how we played in the opening couple of games.

hahaha

I remember now ... about this time last year

there was about 14 people who signed up with REDDFORMVP as their user name, who would probably eat a cream pie out of his ass because he was scoring

Same thing's happening with Sam Mitchell and the Raptors. There's a lot of fans at RealGM calling for his head.

Well out of the 3 coaches mentioned I would choose Stotts last. Hope we can ship him out and bring Adelman in. Crank up the old Sac-town offense and ride on into the playoffs. If it was only that easy...

Bucks finally get a win. About time. Redd got real hot, combine that with a career high in assists plus 8 rebounds and a block and he probably had his best game as a Buck. If he keeps this up he's got to make the all star team and at least be considered for MVP.

well he aint gonna make it as a starter....probably Wade & AI....then you have to compete with Arenas, Billups, Hamilton, JJ, VC, Kidd and probably someone else too.
