LOL LEBRON would kick ANTHONY's butt in a 1 on 1.. Clearly.. I'd rather pick LEBRON over ANTHONY anytime..

The thing is Melo wouldn't be taking LBJ one on one in the World Champs/Olympics... Carmelo's game is much more suited to score against the international defences anyway. As good as LeBron is, Carmelo gets the nod when it comes to international play.

Yup you're right.. Coz they're both Americans.. But what i meant was.. In a 2on2 game.. you and a friend of yours, each will pick a player, either C.Anthony or Lebron.. Which one would you pick?? You get the point?

Good to see Arenas getting some love.
Along with Brand.

He's the reason why Team USA came 3rd in Japan... they didn't have him.

pg-kidd-defense and scoring, main here. kidd is starting to guard the tony parkers and barbosa's of the world. Billups comes in when USA needs some 3's
sg-kobe-kobe can play defense and score and shoot 3's. Put in Tmac/Allen when Kobe is cold.
sf-james-James and Carter are the x factor. If ref's are calling travelling or carrying put in allen.
pf-duncan
c-shaq-garnett can replace shaq if USA needs 3's

billups-for 3's, kidd's backup
arenas-in case if kidd and billups are both cold
tmac-kobe's backup
carter-james's backup
allen-if refs call travelling, carrying
bowen-to guard other teams best player if they are on fire
artest-bowen's backup
kg-duncan's backup, for 3's(replaces shaq)
brand-shaq's backup

this team would be unbeatable

Anthony's 38 points 6 rebounds 8 assists 3 steals and 1 block game proves that hes more that just a scorer, the only reason he doesnt get all the stats lebron does is because the nuggets play fast break style of game so he justs sprints off as soon as they get the rebound.

Hinrich should at least be backup point guard, maybe even a starter.

kidd will be an old 36 by the time 2008 rolls around.... i'd like to see this lineup

pg: chauncey billups
sg: ray allen
sf: lebron james
pf: tim duncan
c: dwight howard

backups
pg: chris paul
sg: rip hamilton
sf: shane battier
pf: elton brand
c: brad miller
11 and 12 man: okafor and hinrich

i like the gritty plays of these guys and im sure that this team would pretty much sweep any team in the world off the court..... to lazy to do an analysis of why though :|
