all the dumbasses who say it was self-defense, who the hell made him get up and fight back and put his safety at stake anyway?
stupid idiot, i just traded for him in fantasy bball in this too.
What the fuck? Have you ever been in a fight? You don't just sit there and take a beating.... You defend yourself, and thats what Jacks did. He fired into the air to scare off the attackers and put himself outta danger. If Jackson gets convicted of this bullshit... the court really fucked up. He didn't hurt anyone, and he may of saved a life that night, his own, without taking anyone elses.
Stephen Jackson should be charged for potentially saving his own life?

Wow Flite, if I didn't know any better, I would have said you were there with him at the club. You seem to know so much about what went on there.
The truth is, none of us really know for sure what happened that night. All we know is what the media told us. For all we know, Jax started the shit, the guy retaliated and Jax shot in the air to scare him off. Some of you here are trying to make it sound like Jax was just hanging out when a couple guys jumped him, ran him over and were trying to kill him. Hell all we know is that their car hit Jackson and Jackson fell on thier hood. That could happen at 2 miles an hour or 20.

Larry didn't allow Jack at practice today, more and more signs point to Jack being done as a pacer.

Trade S-Jack to Portland!

Jack will never play for the Pacers again. If he does it will be this Saturday against Utah, but he won't be on the team this season, and if he is he won't play.
Legend told Jack that he was on a zero tolerance policy, and has already started having meetings with Donnie and the Simons to see what the options are as far as getting rid of him.
Keeping him on the team is no longer an option.

Now see Stephen Jackson finish his career as a Pacer
j/k Indy, you know I love you

Jack returned to practice today and Rick Carlisle expects him to play on Saturday.
I can honestly say I have no idea what's going on.

Why does Flite have a "FREE JACK" sig? As far as I'm aware he is free

He's not in jail, but he's being treated like that, He didn't do anything wrong but he's being convicted for criminal recklessness which is bullshit. And no, before anyone says it, I don't mean Free Jack as into Free Agency...

Last week I would have agreed, but now I can't believe a word Jack says. I'm crushed about this whole situation, because I love Jack and he's a really great guy.
Jack has changed his story 3 times, and now its starting to come out that he went back to his car, got his gun, returned to the scene and started kicking one of the guys. Then he got run over and fired the gun. Jack was in the wrong if that's what happened. If he was truly trying to leave the situation, he would have gotten in his car and drove off instead of returning to the fight.
I do want to win though, and I think Jack will be playing with a lot of passion and something to prove because he wants to win back the fans in Indiana, so I want him back on the court.

Pacers aren't gonna get much for Jax atm. They could only muster Peja Stojakovic for Artest who is a much much better talent than Jax.

The Pacers management have kept you out of the loop huh? That sucks.

And you base that on what evidence Sherlock?
Drex wrote:see Stephen Jackson finish his career as a Pacer
His career isn't finished yet. He's better than most scrubs in the league.
Flite_23 wrote:I don't mean Free Jack as into Free Agency...
Guessing game: say the Pacers do let go of him, which team Jackson will probably end up with?

Well, my inside source (I guess you can call him that) is confused, therefore, I'm confused.

First of all you completely misunderstood what Drex was saying. Second of all, what is "better then most scrubs" supposed to mean? I suppose you think some scrubs can average 16-18 ppg?

Jackson is such a dumbass, he really needs to get a clue. When you're making millions of dollars playing professional basketball you don't have to live like a thug. He chases after bullshit like this just to prove he's tough. I bet he'll got shot some day since he likes to start shit with gangsters from the city.

You're retarted.

Why? He makes sense to me.

Remember, this is a guy who grew up the hard way, was a gangbanger and lived on the streets. Its not like he's some kid who grew up in the suburbs and is trying to act thug, you are who you are, and you are who you came from. That said, how was he acting like a thug? Is going to a stripclub acting like a thug? If so you can call Reggie Miller, Karl Malone, Charles Barkley and Tim Duncan thugs too. Did he make a mistake by going back to his car to get his gun instead of leaving the situation as soon as possible? Yes, but that's not exactly acting like a thug I don't think, that's just making a bad decision, but not one that's worthy of the criticism and problems he's facing because of it.

I think he proved he was tough when he became a blood, and getting shot is something I doubt he wants to go through
again so I think you're off base here.

If stomping on a crippled guy isn't thug-like behavior, I don't know what is.

Crippled means a guy who's missing all his fingers but his pinky and thumb who is a gangbanger known as "fingers". This is also the guy who started the fight with Jack in the first place.

I have alot of respect for Jackson despite this incident. It would be better if it never happened, but Jacks handles it the right way. He potentially saved his & others lives by scaring off some maniac hoodrats. I don't see whats so wrong about it. Stephen Jackson was bought up in a lifestyle and household that was put in those types of situations regulary, and instead of killing the retards, he scared them off. Smart move.
Stephen Jackson =
Reggie Miller = Overreacting

You know Reggie Miller had to talk shit!! We all should know how reggie is by now!!
Go to Pacers.com, a lot of fans are hating on the team because of this incident. Some people are not renewing their season tickets just because of this. . lol, I wish I lived in Indiana so I could buy those seats!! lol
