From Yahoo NBA news:
Randolph has Bell's palsy, a condition that causes facial muscles to weaken or become paralyzed, according to the Oregonian. The condition, which has affected the Portland power foreward for two months, has a recovery time of a few weeks to a few months. It hasn't affected him from practicing.
