...yet another red alt for an NBA team

i think this works better than other teams tho, cuz the sixers deserve a red jersey (due to patriotism )

i think they should drop the black jersey, and make the blue the main away jersey and keep the red as the alt...then slowly drop all the black out of their color scheme...

also, i heard a rumor of this being the wordmark:

I think the red one will look great.They already had red in the past if I'm not misstaken.

I've seen the mascot Hip Hop wear the red jersey, and I agree, they should drop the black ones, make the blue their away and the red the alternates. The word mark doesn't look too bad either.

The Sixers 2006-07 print campaign maintains the retro feel of last season's look with one notable difference - the use of the color red. Red was chosen as the primary color this season to coincide with the unveiling of the 76ers new red alternate uniforms. In keeping with the retro feel, this season's word mark was inspired by the typography used on the 76ers 1975-76 uniforms.

Additionally, I don't think the red jersey the mascot wears is going to be the alternate jersey we're talking about. That one already existed for years, I hope the new one is going to look different from that.

"PHILA" was already used before, when Wilt was still with the 76ers.


I prefer the red ones to be the away ones, as mentioned before it has that classic Sixers feel to it.
The black or blue ones should be the alternates. Those blue ones hurt my eyes.
