Who is "anyone" cause I do consider him the Greatest, Jabbar consider him the Greatest, Magic consider him the Greatest, you are the "only" one who doesn't consider other than MJ.
If I'm the "only" one who doesn't consider him the greatest how come everyone's arguing that Jordan is the greatest?

Magic, yeah he was on his way out, but by all means not washed up. He retired too early remember because of Aids. He played the 1992 or 93 preseason but pulled out. Aren't you a laker fan poolit?
no no, not a Lackers fan, but a KB8 fan, I hate the other Laker players.

But ya, I'm also alittle too young too rememeber that far back, but I didn't mean washed up like in gone no more washed up, but rather like they were downhillin while MJ was still uphillin.

Ya, I don't consider MJ a winner like some people do because all the rings came after Pip developed and helped him, Horace or always there was some two or three people to help him, and the teams he won with could have done just fine without, not a ring, but fine. It's like Kobe---> without yes! the Lakers would do fine, but a ring? No.
But anyways, sorry scub, I never read the other posts only skimmed them, thats why i didn't see Oscar being considered.
But to close this one for Obie Trice--> I said MJ not best becasue if at center thing--> I said that because to me the greatest basketball player will be and should be able to play every postion and do great in all positions, so I guess that puts Magic Johnson up there on the list. I'm just taking that word player literally. I mean how can u be the greatest if you can't match up with Wilt or Shaq? Same for Wilt how can he be greatest if he couldn't gaurd Iverson.

MJ can be called goat if time and basketball ends tomorrow. I think he may be the greatest sg(not of all time cuz time isnt over. Maybe up til now.) Kobe is already on pace for setting(more) records and leaving with enough rings to fill his hands and feet.
