I'd have to go with Artest. He needs to get some more credit for playing very good defense and his offense is also above average. But, that's just my opinion.

He ruined his rep as a lockdown defender with his crappy attitude but he is pretty underrated.

I got a chance to see Q play against the 76ers... He shut down Iverson pretty bad... kept him to like 21 pts...

Q Richardson is a valuable asset to any teams he's with

at least those players have a frickin jersey on sale in Malls. Ricky Davis puts up like 3 triple doubles and averages 20 some odd points and NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO no body has even heard of the guy!!! They don't even have his jersey on SALE!! CAN"T EVEN ORDER IT!!!!!

:D So I say Ricky Davis is the most underated, because see! poeple give Artest his props, just the L doesn't becasue he doesn't ever play, but people say Artest is a GOOD player
And Q, Q is on NBA TV with teh rest of those scrubs on L.A. ball or sumtin like that... and I don't see Q postin 20 points on a regular basis.
But NOOOOOO no ones ever heard of Ricky!!
HEH, if u guys do have a place in ur town that has a Ricky Davis jersey could u please get their number for me, I really want one.
how do i make a fancy signature?

I think Shawn Marion is still somewhat underrated. He's started to receive some recognition with his first selection as an All-Star, but he doesn't receive as much credit as he should.

Donyell Marshall is way underrated, too. He scores mostly over 15 and grabs always 8 - 10 reb. :D

Michael Finley.
Didn't get to go to the All-Star game yet look how much he means to the Mavs. He probably means more than Nash ( a all star!) to them.

let's see:
Kidd
Payton
B. Davis
Nash
Terry
Cassel
Marbury
Dre Miller
Arenas, ya ok definately top 10 (snow) take or pick a few more
but I'm also not seeing alot of great point gaurd anymore either, most are all SG in a point gaurd body.
Why his jersey shouldn't be sported to start with? he doesn't even average top 20, thats why, and so what if he has AI, doesn't make an excuse. Snow is good, but not underated, he's just a good player, and thats that. And at least people have heard of Snow, I've met only 10 people so far who know Ricky Daivs (and I know alot of poeple). Everyone knows Snow and who he is, and what game he has. And why would anyone want to talk bout Snow? Please explain the man doesn't get 20 ppg, he isn't #1 on his team, he ahs no Triple Doubles, no highlights, Only a trip to the finals thanks to AI, and good D that didn't do him any good so far. Ya so ricky hasn't done anything for Team, but atleast he has major highlight reels to talk about (if anyone knew him). And atleast Ricky can put up major individual numbers. Haven't seen that from snow yet? Plus! I've seen a few end of the game buckets to Win for ricky Davis.
Kenny thomas isn't underated yet either until he can actually do something. Ya I've seen him and he's alright, but he hasn't shown that sign he deserves more attention with guys like Webber, Sheed, Duncan, KG, Walker, Dirk, Reef, and Jermaine, Kenyon, and more around.
And for another underated player, I'd say Kurt thomas, he's one of the Knick premiers now. But I guess he goes with Kenny Thomas, but I'd say Kurt is better and well more deserving atteniton that Kenny is.
how do i make a fancy signature?

man you dont know what you are talking!

PHILADELPHIA -- Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. Snow fell February 26 at the First Union Center as 76ers guard Eric Snow recorded his first career triple-double in a 111-107 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies. He finished the game with 22 points, 11 assists and a season-high 10 rebounds

well whats this???

http://www.nba.com/sixers/news/03snow_improved.html

look here and you see that this year was his career year and be4 2002-2003 season people didnt know him so well...

Kidd
Payton
B. Davis
Nash
Terry
Cassel
Marbury
Dre Miller
Arenas

well how much of these players have been picked in the second round?? only arenas...

well as you can see he is improving and he isnt a dunker like ricky..if you check that site you see some of his higlights...and he is a pg he doesnt have to average 20 ppg but he may average 15-17 ppg in next 3 years! and you may see him lead the nba in assists.

Rick Fox? You're kidding. The only thing that separates him from any other NBA player is that he has a hot wife...

Danny Fortso is very underrated. He needs more playing time though. He led the league in rebounds for the beginning of one season and then got injured really early...
