Has not improved much? Have you seriousaly watched the games? What i saw was the opposing team triple teaming him.

If you really watched the game, he has improved A LOT. Of course he is still a work in progress but there is no denying that he improved a lot.

seriously fenix. Did you watch the game or are you basing your opinion on someone's post on lakersground?

That's why 'sounds' was there. And it sounds like he had a great game against Mavs: He finished with 14 points on 5 of 12 shooting, 15 rebounds, 5 blocks, 1 steal, and 2 assists.

Ok, fair enough.

Also, to add to the stats posted by Fenix, Bynum played in only 3 quarters. 8-)

Yeah, I don't get why every fan of every team suddenly gets a hard on everytime summer league comes around. Calm down The Game, we believe Bynum will do alright, just don't overhype him.

this has to be a typo, says Novak scored 20 points in 7 minutes. Typo right? Or the white michael jordan?

He was a great scorer in college, I just don't think that the rest of his skills are quite up to par. Maybe a Jason Kapono type at best.

OMG?!? I nevah knew!!!1111!!!11

Seriously captain obvious. where the hell are you getting this bullshit that i think he's ready to dominate in the NBA? Im raving about his stats because he has shown improvement. If you even know how to understand sentences, you would understand the meaning of this simple statement
Of course he is still a work in progress but there is no denying that he improved a lot.

throw your bullshit on the garbage because because you dont make any sense. I fail to see why anyone would need to mention that this is just the summer league. No one's saying he's gonna be a monster in the regular season, i was only implying that he has improved a lot compared to his huff and puff performance in the SPL last year.

Yeah, I don't get why every fan of every team suddenly gets a hard on everytime summer league comes around. Calm down The Game, we believe Bynum will do alright, just don't overhype him.

Im not overhyping him. Im very pleased at his improvement.

His improved body does not come as a surprise though as he works out with Kobe.

yeah the game where
He finished with 14 points on 5 of 12 shooting, 15 rebounds, 5 blocks, 1 steal, and 2 assists.

was against a VERY sorry Mavs team whose best player was a tossup between Jelani McCoy & Yuta Tabuse. Hmm quite sad if you ask me.

Again, i am raving about his major IMPROVEMENTS.
I also said that despite his improvements, he is still a work in progress.

What part of that dont you fucking understand? :?
Seriously.
Quite sad if you ask me.

Meanwhile, after a poor performance in the first game against the grizz, Bynum bounces back with 24pts 8-11 shooting and he grabbed 7 boards.

OMG teh game is overating bynum coz memphis sux tis is teh spl!!!1111111

Gay should be in uniform tomorrow when the GRizzlies play the Mavericks. It depends on if he already signed his contract or not though I'm thinking.

1 phenom and 1 decent player in Yi and Sun.. however it just feels like they went to America for nothing, Tang got kicked off the National Team as well whereas Sun and Huang again are going to play in the ABA, and the ABA is of an even lower level than the Chinese leagues. These Summer league games are their chance to truely show what they have. I am calm, just displeased.

on another note, Bargani is a fouling machine lol

Gay did pretty good in only 24 minutes of play and his first game. 21 points, 10 boards and 2 assists on 10-20 shooting. Here's the boxscore: http://www.summerproleague.com/july13game4.pdf

Fucking hell! 21 and 10, 50%FG in only 24 minutes?

That's his big defect. In the Serie A he was pretty much like that too: he had an average of 3 faults per 22.5 minutes. And it's European rules so the foul-out is set at 5, not 6.

I watched the Blazers's summer league game today on NBA TV and I must say Brandon Roy is very impressive. He is definitely NBA ready.

I've seen backboards shattered before by powerful dunks, but never have I seen the entire hoop apparatus buckle and collapse almost to the floor as was the case during the Lakers-Mavericks match after the Lakers' high-leaping 6-5 rookie forward from George Washington, Danilo Pinnock, slammed one spectacularly through the nets. Pyramid personnel quickly cranked the hoop back to its normal 10 foot height, amid cheers from the amused crowd. .
