A. Parker will play in Toronto next year. One of the best players in Europe (15 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists for a SG SF is impressive) has signed a 3-year 4 million US dollar deal. According to sources, he should take the starting SG spot.

lol i also thought it was tony parker.. 
but anyways then that means mo pete will play sf and bargnani will be on bench...or maybe bargnani will play c and rasho on bench..or same thing except bargnani play pf and bosh play c..

3 years for 4 mill sounds like a huge bargain for someone that is supposedly one of the best players in Europe. I like this signing and although Parker is 31, his contract is well worth the risk of taking him in, especially since the Raptors are a bit thin on the guard spots.

Awesome stuff. He's supposedly the best player in the Euroleague, and that speaks volumes. I'm really excited for this new Raptors team. The team has nothing but uncertain potential. They got guys who supposedly can play well but unproven in Bargnani, now Parker, and recently Garbajosa. They also got new guys in TJ Ford, Humphries, PJ Tucker, and Nesterovic, and still going for a couple more, possibly Eddie House and whoever we can get for Mike James. So far, it's looking like this:
C - Nesterovic/Bosh/Humphries
PF - Bosh/Bargnani/Humphries/Garbajosa
SF - Peterson/Graham/Parker/Bargnani
SG - Parker/Graham/Peterson/Tucker
PG - Ford/Calderon
Add in Ukic and Sow, then we have a fairly versatile lineup, but those guys probably won't play this season.
C - Nesterovic/Bosh/Humphries
PF - Bosh/Bargnani/Humphries/Garbajosa
SF - Peterson/Graham/Parker/Bargnani
