At least Rider put up some decent numbers in his career, all Griffin has ever amount to in his career was being a tease for "potential".

That's true. Griffin's somewhere between Rider and Chris Washburn, though his career closer resembles the former since Washburn was a complete and utter bust as a former third overall pick.
